[Resolved] Tata Sky — keeps saying digi card is not inserted properly

Tata sky is not working. It says digicard is not inserted properly. Despite reinserting the digi card and cleaning it so many times it still keeps saying digicard not inserted properly. No other options are available. It just keeps showing error 02. The account was recharged two days ago and was alright on that day. This issue started appearing the very next day and is still not resolved. Reinserted a lot of times but no use.

Updated by Revathi Mohan It's not resolved. The account was recharged today and it still shows digicard not inserted properly. Once again tried cleaning the digicard and inserting it again but no use.
