Tata Sky — Lack of response for installation of MPEG 4 set top box | |||
Sir this is Jayant Makwana. i have been using tata sky connection since 3 years. however recently tata sky decided to upgrade its swet top box . to receive the new MPEG enabled set top box i received sms and was informed to give missed call on no. [protected]. however whenever i called this no. i got received sms saying we are unable to process the request and kindly contact tata sky helpline no. i have been calling tata sky helpline and each time i am told that executive qwill call in some time. but till date i have not received any call and now most of the channels i am not able to view inspite of money being deducted from my account. my address is, RMO hostel- 315, RD gardi medical college, agar road, surasa ujjain, MP - 456003 Was this information helpful? | |||
