My subscriber ID is [protected], Since yesterday morning on certain channels we are not getting transmission signal and the message says it is due to cloudy weather. Yesterday in Thane city, weather was clear and was not cloudy. Today, we called customer care help line and a lady executive guided us to system settings and within two minutes our problem got solved for few minutes. On certain channels like colors Marathi, Star Pravah & Discovery etc. Signal Quality is zero and Signal strength is about 65 to 70.
This happens in every monsoon season. Please look into it and do the needful.
