Tata Sky — Making irrelevant charges for setup box | |||
Sir, I, R.P. Agarwal from Agra, have my temporary residence in Noida(sector 100). I have installed Tata sky(A/C no. [protected]) in Noida which was not working for the last 4 months. After my several complaints on customer care number, a person from Tata sky changed the old setup box(which he kept with him) with the new one (which he took from uncovered and unsealed box). Then, I rechargeed my account with nearly 100rs (for temporary living of 3 days), now my account shows 455rs debit and when I complained about it company said to charge rs500 for setup box change. This is something very disappointing and also I have temporary residence there, it hardly took 7 or 8 days a month to avail services of Tata sky and In such a short time setup box was not working which means it might be a defective piece and it is the company's duty to change the box without any extra charge. Sir, please look into the matter and kindly resolve it and would request you to get my account zero so that I can avail it's services by recharging my account on per day basis.
