Tata Sky — Message on tv service | |||||
I am a tata sky customer and my customer no is [protected] . For the last one month, i have been bugged by a message on my tv that says "subscription is due and pay your dues today to avoid suspension of service". This message appears on a regular basis on my tata sky tv and stays on for about 1 min. Every time, even though i have always paid my bill on time. Pls. Look into this irritating issue and i hope you will resolve this soon. This is not something that is expected from a tata group. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and update their system so that you don't receive these messages.
