I have opted for a monthly pack of Rs. 154. Now Tata play has increased the minimum recharge amount to Rs. 200. If a customer has opted for a monthly pack of less than 200, why would they recharge for higher amount. When I registered a complaint against the same, customer care executive gave the reason that customer can see TV for a longer period without any interruption. It is such a flawed reason which is unacceptable. In the advertisements they say a lot about giving flexibility to customers in selecting the pack and doing recharge, however in reality by imposing such minimum amount, they are not giving any flexibility. This is totally unacceptable. Customer should have the option to decide the recharge amount basis the monthly pack chosen and for the number of days they would like to recharge for.
