Dear sir, Tatasky is cheating me. My client ID is [protected]. 1. Giving recharge date, adding unwanted package, misappropriation of funds there by. Resultant bring down the recharge date, hence cheating me. 2. Even after getting recharge amount, deactivation continues. 3. Redressal of complaints, not bothered and monitored. 4 Rs1330/ misappropriation found, complained, but no action so far, one week elapsed after lodging complaint. We moved from Mumbai to Pune. We asked for relocation . It was done. Initially all channels were working. But within a week some channels went blank. And the second TV has become blank. We have paid around Rs 1500 so far on cables, tech visit, relocation. We wish we had taken a new connection for the amount we spent Could you please do something ?
