Since tuesday 07/04/2020 3pm approx. I tired to change my pack to family kids sports pack with the help of customer care representative. She said 2 hours... By evening the complaint was raised by another customer care executive. She said i will get a call back.. Today 08/04/2020. I didn't any call myself called 10-15times.. But nobody supported. I begged them... They kept on waiting n then disconnected.. As usually.. Now i m tired n shameful to have such a service. If tatasky some courtesy will call me back after seeing this complaint.. Shame on u guys..
