[Resolved] Tata Sky — money deducted from account | |||
Dear team This is to inform that whenever we recharge the voucher the money is automatic deducted from my account, so we call customer care he inform us that they imposed a service charge for firestick, whereas we dont ask for service and he mark as a damage for that they are deducting the amount from my account without informing us, where we didnt raise a complaint nor my firestick is damage then how can service person misguide the customer... So pls requesting you to kindly look into this matter and reverse all the amount which was charge to us... Was this information helpful? | |||
