Tata Sky — Most channels cannot be viewed and Tatasky people refuse to respond

Ever since Tatasky made some sort o[censored]pgrade which had been more than 20 days now. Most of the channels aren't working. And the rare few that work also are of poor quality. They get stuck every few seconds. I have sent so many SMS and Facebook messages to Tatasky. I also have some 20 missed calls on the number they have provided. Their customer care numbers are always busy. We need a resolution asap. Right now we are simply wasting our money and not even able to view all channels.
