my tata sky id no. is [protected]. my present set top box is mpeg2 which is not supporting mpeg 4 channels. i registered a complain by my mobile no. [protected] to tata sky customer care service on 27.05.2015. customer care service call back to me on 28.05.2015 and confirmed that my set box will be changed free of cost and concern person will contact you within 24 hours. concern person contacted me on 2.06.2015 and informed me that set box will be changed by 30.05.2015 evening or on 03.06.2015 . but till date set box is not changed. i am trying to contact customer care service last tree days but...
