Dear sir / madam,
I am hereby to acknowledge you the serious situation i am facing. I have bought tata sky in january 2016 from metric consultant. I had under construction site and it was known to mr. Shivaji suryavanshi yet he assured me to that he will connect my tata sky within two days of notice, without any charges and make sure tata sky are operating smoothly as well as i will receive one month free subscription. On that commitment he introduced me to number of sky tata sky employees in my area and got my confidence. I sent him full payment and he sent me boxed tata sky set top box.
Shivaji suryavanshi from metric consultant received his commission and started my tata sky connection. When i informed him about it he said he will take care of it and make sure i will receive one month free subscription and he will install set top box whenever i inform him.
On 1st may 2016 i informed metric consultant as well as tata sky service providers in my area to install tata sky. Since 1st may 2016 i called them 6-7 times a day to install my tata sky set top box but they could not send me any person for help until 9th of april. Since that day i have some of my tata sky in operation and other have issues. When i complain them i receive service 2 days later i have pleaded them multiple times mentioning loss i am facing and loss of reputation my business facing.
Even today (53 days) i do not have all tata sky in operation 4 of them are not receiving signal and one of them displays "wrong digicard" even though card inserted is right. I had altercation with ajay shelke [protected], when i mentioned i can take legal. Since i have written (Signed) commitment shivaji suryavanshi and messages and call recordings, it is my responsibility to avoid disputes. I have been harassed mentally and faced heavy loss due to ignorance and dully handling from tata sky service providers. I would like to mention other hotel owners facing same problem as well once i opt to choose other service providers others will follow the same and you might lose good revenue from this area.
