[Resolved]  Tata Sky — My payment got successful from paytm but tata sky did not updated in my account

Good afternoon Sir,

With due respect I want to state that I have done a transaction via Paytm for my Tata Sky dish of Rs.393 of Subs Id- [protected]. I did my transaction on 17th may and transaction went succesfull but the amount does'nt reached my tata sky dish. I have talked to customer care of paytm and of tata Sky both of them again and again either putting the blame on each other or saying to contact after 3-5 days again and again and now they are now neither receiving my call nor replying to my text. My paytm transaction Ref Id is[protected].
I have done the transaction by Scanning the code on tata sky app and on that my transaction reference no.- SHD[protected].
And my tata Sky account is linked to contact no. [protected]
I request you to please resolve my issue and refund my money because amount of 393 is a very big amount for me.
