[Resolved] Tata Sky — my tata sky damaged product not being replaced within warranty period

My tata sky set top box is not functioning. My product is within warranty period. After repeated complains im assured every time that a person will visit my place within hours but from last 20 days im assured only but no one has resolved my problem.
And my balance amount is being deducted accordingly without service being provided.
