[Resolved]  Tata Sky — new connection cancellation refund

Bought a 4k hd new connection online by paying rs 6000. Within two days a dealer calls to cancel and book a new connection as this product doesn't exist. I made several calls to cancel and process and my refund. Untrained parrots at call centre never helped me and continued to loop be around. It's sickening how this company operates. Need my money back. It's almost more than six weeks.

Paid 4000 rupees on Tata play website for new connection, but not got any subscriber I'd, not customer care is helping they are saying not such request is there from this number.
