Tata Sky — New connection fraud

I was apply for tata sky new set top box in tata official website https://www.tataplay.com
And select address and pack and pay 1364rs through upi. But my payment was successfully debit on my account and go merchants account, but tatasky was not respons any to my complant. Plese do me my money back. I dont have tata sky new connection.
