[Resolved] Tata Sky — new hd connection cancelation

Dear sir,
I have placed an order for new tata sky hd connection with the service request no 22n4qnzd. I have already done the payment of rs. 1804 on 11th may, 2020. After sending many emails and receiving calls from the customer service department, it is observed that there will be unexpected long delay in this covid-19 pandemic situation. Therefore through mail i confirmed that i want to cancel my order and expecting the refund urgently. Yesterday the customer care told me with in a day or two their technical person will call me. From today the stopped to reply my emails or calling me back and also they are not solving the issue.
