Tata Sky — new set top box is very bad

They change the set top box before 2-3 months...and now it is not working...v haven't said that change our old set top box...but they changed it and now they are saying they want charge for new set top box of 500 rs. I m not agree with this. In 2-3 months I m getting problem in this STB, than what is the gerranty of new set top box. And why I pay 500 rs. I want my old STB. We have a common disk in our society. V all r not satisfied with tata sky. every time getting problem. v r tired now. set top box is yr instrument. than u have to pay for that...if it was 5-6 yrs old than i can understand that it can happen. i m getting out from tata sky. i m having mentally haressment from tata sky now. i will not pay 500 rs. i[censored] want to change STB, than ok otherwise v whole society will leave yr tata sky connection. that's all.
