Tata Sky — No action has been taken for complaints | |||
I am a Tata sky user from last several years and did not have change to register any complaints till date but in the process of your upgrade from 4th April we are unable to see Most of channels which we are watching. I have given complaint on 6th April and got a message on 7th April that your technician will solve your problem. Second complaint was lodged on 10th April and message and phones assuring technicians visits comes but not the technician. I want also the relief in payment/recharge as I could not watch any channels I wants. My register Mobile No. is [protected] and Tata sky No. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
