[Resolved] Tata Sky — no call attended

My customer id is[protected]. One of my set top box was not receiving the signals and i called yhe cutomer care today (27/6/18) at 9:02 pm and was told all the executives are busy so book the call and vwe will call you in 10minutes. I did the same and waited for 25 minutes but no one called up. I again called up the customer care at 9:27pm and they made me wait for 22 minutes and after that was told to call some other time as they were unable to take the call. Was this information helpful?
