Hi
After installation of Tata sky it worked only for a day and now it repeatedly show the message to contact helpline(screenshot attached). We have been complaining since a week. After much delay the technician comes and says settop box is fine and problem with subscriber ID. Now he gives his senior's number and says talk to him. He says will be fixed by evening and that's it. What's the problem nothing is explained and they're just dragging.
Worst service. Nobody knows what's wrong. Are they working for Tata sky. Subscriber ID: [protected]

Updated by Laksmi07 It's unresolved yet. There seems to be an issue with the subscriber ID which your guys are not able to solve. We have been provided with a temporary solution i.e a temporary set top box with a card. And the careless one has been taken for repair.
It seems so silly that resolving subscriber ID issue is been made to look as a humongous task.
How much time does it take to cancel this subscriber ID and create a new one?
