Tata Sky — No Network/Signal and Unacceptable Customer Service & Communication

My subscriber id # is [protected] and am a resident of Bengaluru. Have not been able to access any channel since March 11, 2015 owing to unknown signal related issues at TataSky. This has not only left a bitter taste in our user experience but also appalling to see that there is no official mention or communication on disruption in service on their official website or to registered users' mobile number thus far. Furthermore, we are unable to reach their customer service number to lodge a complaint. This is unacceptable service and unworthy customer support from a reputed (or as they boast) long-standing DTH provider like TataSky. Instead of investing in R&D on 4K compatible set-top boxes, we would appreciate if you had the same passion and dedication used in chasing and harassing loyal customers to pay/renew their account during such unwarranted breakdowns and disruption in services. [protected]@TataSky: Anyone still on earth to fix this seemingly never-ending issue or is everyone busy marketing and setting up DTH services on mars and moon???
