Tata Sky — No Proper Response & Resolution for my Complaints | |||
Hi, My name is Ravikumar D and my subscriber ID is [protected] (REG phone number 9738**5725). I had logged a complaint by calling TATA Sky helpline number [protected] regarding "Signal Issue" on 06/04/2015. The work order number NS[protected]. I got a message on 10/04/2015 saying "Your work order has been completed". It was a total surprise for me as I dint get any call from any technician or from TATA Sky personnel and the complaint was closed without any resolution. I thought TATA SKY provides quality SERVICE but here its not the same :(... Then I had recieved another message on 10/04/2015 which says "Your work order NS[protected] has been completed. Please share your experience. If satisfied SMS YES or else NO to [protected]". Immediately i had sent a "NO" message to the above number and waited for two more day. However, there was no response from TATA Sky. Then I tried calling your customer care number on 10/04/2015 or 11/04/2015 but the call queue was high and I opted for "Call Back" option. Got a call from one of your executive who speaks so damn good english...only god can understand his English... He confirmed that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but nothing happened within 24 hours. Then with all the pain I called up your customer care on 14/04/2015. They logged a new complaint for me Work Order No : H0407KE...As of now, no action and I have not received any updates. And once again I had called up the helpline on 02/05/2015 about my previous complaint status. They said the same is under closed status. Oh my god !!! Once again the same damn happened. They the customer care executive logged another complaint on the same day, W.O. Number is HXJMKOO. I had received a message from TATA Sky saying "Instaler visit for the WO. HXJMKOO is scheduled between 04/05/2015 19:00 & 19:45" & couple of minutes later on I had received one more message saying "Your work order number HXJMKOO 13:53 has been cancelled". Oh my gosh!!! Can someone save me from this of TATA Sky's quality services?????? I called up helpline number to know why my complaint was cancelled without my knowledge on 04/05/2015. I had to wait more than 9 minutes to get connected with the customer care executive. Finally the call was connected to the customer executive and I had to explaint him from the scratch and then he did not know how to manage me on the call. He said the call will be trasferred to his superiors and he put me on the hold. I had to wait more than 7 minutes and there was no response. I was literally screaming "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" but there was no response. Then I had disconnected the call. Intentionally I ringed up immediately after disconnecting my previous call. Everything was normal and fine including the IVR messages. I had to wait 6 minutes to get connected with the executive. Finally my turn came. I was all alone screaming "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" once again and there was no response. Is this acceptable???????? Today, i, e. 05/05/2015 I had received a call from a land line number ([protected]) and someone made a suspected false promise saying that my issue will be resolved today. Request you to look into my issue and help me to get this issue fixed. Its a month now and I am still living with the same problem.
