Tata Sky — no response at all my reinstallation is not happening since last 4 days

my complain no HLIVWYM . i have been calling several time and i hav been told some technician will come and do the installation but till now no one has given me a call nor they have responded it and the best part is that when ever i called they guy says that we are taking in priority list and some body will give call within one hour but no call .This is rediculous and pathetic service My sincere request plz do the needfull or let me know to withdraw your service .
