My tata hd box (Id no [protected]) was not working and i register complaint on 8th aug. The technican contacted by 9 aug which time to come id said late evening and so it did not worked on 9th aug as i was late. After that till chasing them through tata sky helpline everyday, finaly the techician came on 14 aug. He did some changes for five mintues and it started working. Again the next day it stop working. Again i complain to the helpline. The helpline tema assured me that technician will call but the technician did not call even once. After day i used to get a sms of technician time of arrival and it used to get reschedule. The spo called helpline team was helpless to resolve the issue.
In fact once the technician updated the helpline that i asked him to reschedule it next day.
Finally after chasing one of their senior technician team leader mr bajpai he finally send a technician to rectify. On 18t aug. He resolved the issue but again on 21st aug i am facing the same issue.
Tata sky technician team is ill equipped to deal with any problems plus they take advantage of the limited power the helpline team has and they work as per their will.
Its a very frustrating experience to dealt with tata sky. Next year i planning to change the tata sky due to their worst service though it doesent make any difference tata sky as they have large customner base. Was this information helpful? |
