Tata Sky — No response to complaint | |||
Reference : Subscriber No. [protected] On return from Out station on 13/04/2015, late evening found no signal. Lodged complaint from alternate mobile No [protected], at 11AM on 14/04/2015, as registered No. is abroad. No response in 30 HOURS. Have been deprived of viewing since almost 48 Hrs. Called DGM Customer Services four times. She did not lift phone in office hours(before 5 PM). No one in Tata Sky is bothered for Customer complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
