Tata Sky — No response to complaint for over 4 days | |||||
My tata sky connection ([protected]) has been not working since june 3, 2016 - the stb automatically goes into standby mode. I complained on june 4 (Sat) morning. Same evening, a technician visited and didn't even bother to check the problem - he did a master reset, then said there is something wrong with stb and said he would change the stb following day - sunday. Since then, no technician has come despite repeated follow up. I have called the customer service number at least 10 times and all i get in response is that we will address the problem, a long wait and another assurance that technician will come. I received a call this morning (Jun 7) from tata sky and they promised that a technician will come at 1 pm. I again called today at 430 pm and was told that no technician is available and someone may come tonight at 9 pm. Is this how paying customers are treated? Does tata sky have no technicians available to address complaints? According to tata sky, a complaint is to be resolved within 24 hours - here there isn't even a decent response after 100 hours. I have not been able to view channels for 5 days now - will i get credit for the 4 days i have had this problems? Very poor customer service indeed. Looks like tata sky is only interested in increasing charges without being bothered about the service. I urge customers to beware of such poor service and complete insensitivity of tata sky.
