I have been making frequent complaints against my subscription i/d [protected] with tata sky. They are not rectifying the defect but are charging with out providing the service. My account is constantly being debited without any service. Further please note that against their not providing the service they further charge for the rectification which they are unable to undertake

Updated by BHUSHAN LAL DHAR TATA SKY have started charging for their own incompetency. It is highly objectionable that they have started charging for the rectification of their own faults in the line outside our home. You raise the complaint but their service engineer will not come at the allotted time but will waste our hole day. For ill professionalism they charge from the customer. As they are not rectifying my cable line they should refund me the money paid in advance, ; charges for the set top boxes remote etc
