Tata Sky — No service after recharging and terminated service a day before the due date | |||
Subscriber id :[protected] Extremely disappointed with the Tatasky service. When I recharged my a/c I was not provided service for 5 days stating that i had to upgrade to a mpeg4 box. Why did you accept a recharge when you new service to my subscribed channel was not possible ? Also I have been getting emails and messages stating the due date for payment is 6th May. Now disgustingly you have already terminated the service since today (5th May) afternoon. There is no response to my numerous emails / calls. The subscribers (my parents living in Pune) are both in the late 70s. and this is nothing short of harassment. Can not believe people can get away with this kind of pathetic attitude.
