Tata Sky — No signal and absence of many channels

Since yesterday I am trying to contact the helpline for which the numbers were indicated for having not receiving the single, but nobody has bothered to set right the problem. Further, due to some reasons my mobile no. has been changed to [protected], for this no complaints are registering, they simply answering the send sms from old mobile which was registered long back.
