My Tata Sky ID no is [protected].I am mailing from Guwahati, Assam.Its been almost a fortnight that there is no Tata Sky signal.We are using this connection on two telivisions but now we cannot view more than half of the channels and all the HD channels are not available.Our next payment due date is near so i wish that your services continue. in 24 hrs recently (last 3 weeks) there are no phone calls and the technician visits at odd hours without prior calling and the next message I get is my complaint has been attended to.
I am surprised that no customer acknowledgement is ever asked for.
