[Resolved] Tata Sky — no signal from past 2 days tatasky | |||
Hi ! I have tatasky connection and from past 2 days it not working showing no signal all the time .Have called their call centre at least 12 times in past 2 days and till now my problem is not been sorted. All the time fouls commitment are done by them and they themselves are cancelling my request without my concern. Each time I call they just say sorry for inconvenience our maintenance team will call and resolve one time I got call from their maintenance team he said my person will come NO one turned up later when I called on that number he said madam our person said problem is sorted . Without talking to me without visiting my place . Such liers they have My time, energy, money have been waisted by calling them so many times and these people have no seriousness. They feel we are fools. Request you to take appropriate action and get my problem sorted and teach them a lesson to take their customer seriously. I brought it in August 2016 but now it has started giving me a trouble, I connected Customer Care but they disconnected my phone and did not listen to me.
