[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No signal id - [protected] refund money

I am recieving no signal past two days trying to call customer care no answer call waiting no reply. Tata sky id -[protected], no signal problem most of the time since a long time every time the technician come he changes two pin plug to three pin problem not resolved. Since i have done annual payment of rs 10000 hardly watched tata sky. Tried of calling customercare there is no reponse from their side i would request to sort my problem or refund my money back since i have renewed my package on[protected] and hardly watched it. There must be a record of how many complains are made. Technicians are not interested in solving the problem.

Request to solve the issue or refund rs 10000 as i have not enjoyed the services.
