[Resolved] Tata Sky — no signal issue after recharge

Hello team,
I was not using Tata sky for few months and I have recharged yesterday. But it is not working due to signal issues. I have tried to restart the device and it is of no use. Tried to do the master reset with all the possible options but again it insist for signal issue. It is working for all my neighbours in the same block as well as in the society. Please resolve asap as it is much required to stay home to have some entertainment during this covid situation.
