Tata Sky — No signal with spl.reference to regional channel

There is no signal specially the regional|(odiya/oriya) channels since 2.4.2015 in tata sky ID No.[protected].Inspite of complaints on No.[protected] every day only I am getting response to be patient everytime and tatasky people will visit my place i.e plot No.287/10, Jagannath Vihar Phase-II, Nandan Vihar, Patia Bhubaneswar but all in vain. Kindly advise what further step I have to take . If it is not feasible on your part then kindly return back the yearly amount I have deposited so that I can choose another service provider. Immediate response is required failing which I may approach consumer court. regards, Indrajit raut
