Tata Sky — No signal with spl.reference to regional channel(Oriya/Odia)

Dear Sir, Inspite of complaints lodged from 2.4.15 to till date on daily basis on tel no.[protected] and sending e-mail on 6.4.15, neither any person from tatasky reported my location i.e.plot No.287/10, Jagannath vihar phase-II, Nandan Vihar, Patia, Bhubaneswar to attend to complaint of no signal nor any response received. Kindly clarify what to do. How many days my family will deprived off of seeing TV. If it not feasible on your part to make it operational then kindly consider to refund back the yearly subscription amount plus tatasky equipment purchase cost(taking back the items) so that I can opt for another service provider.
