PATHETIC SERVICE...
I have been trying to get my re installation done since 8/5/16. But there is no response from customer care. I have been told that i will get a call with in an hours but there is no call from customer care. After lot of follow up i got a call from technician on 9/5/16 at 5.30 pm & have been informed that there is cable operator issue in my locality & he will not be able to install my connection. I have informed customer care immediately & asked to get the issue fixed. Again there is no update from customer care. I have been told SORRY & 1 HR TIME TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED. NO USE. It is just that they are so negligence to get a customer issue resolved. They have immediately deducted Rs.200/- from my account as I had requested for de installation.
IS IT ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ON TIME DEDUCTION OF MONEY & THERE IS NO UPDATE ON RE INSTALLATION OR CUSTOMER TIME ? PATHETIC SERVICE ...WHEN I CALLED UP NODAL OFFICE NO AGAIN THE CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO CUSTOMER CARE. SAME STATEMENT REPEATED AS SORRY & 1 HR DEADLINE. THERE IS NO VALUE FOR 1 HR AS IT'S ALREADY EXTENDED BEYOND THE DEADLINE DEFINED BY TATASKY. DO LET ME KNOW WHETHER YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR TAKE BACK THE CONNECTION & REFUND MY MONEY...HOPE TO RECEIVE SOME POSITIVE UPDATE ... Was this information helpful? |
