Tata Sky — No view of channels i had reached my box for ultra pack but now no channels are been show

Noida sector 36 b house no 146 my tata sky card no is[protected] i had recharge my tata sky o[censored]ltra pack at first it was working but i cant watch any channels i[censored] can kindly look into the matter this problem has been coming few days it has never been such ways n also if can change my user moblie no of my tata sky as the previous ower is not using this tata sky anymore
