Tata Sky — Non attending the complaint

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 506002

I have been replaced with a new card but unable to get all the channels of the package. Complaint to toll free number is not responsible.
Please let me know what is the problem with the new card or with whom. The customer care people are presenting lame excuses. But unable to solve my problem.
Please bring the complaint to the notice of the highest personnel of the company
