Tata Sky — Non providing of services

I am subscriber of Tata Sky ID No: [protected] but not receiving the channel like DD News, NDTV news and many more channels . Booked complaint it was told that services down due to some technical problem, when questions why you are charging amount from me when you are unable to provide services but no reply was given . Please book a complaint and ask the company to either refund the amount or adjust in future charges . Company may be booked for non-providing of services and charging the amount from the consumers.
