[Resolved]  Tata Sky — non receipt of confirmation/poor response

Recharged my account id nu [protected] lying idle for months for rs 298
But now it says pairing problem

And none of you so called helpline attend or respond to my calls

Kindly resolve at earliest
Or refund the amount at once.

It is not understood as to how the pairing problem arises after the recharge is done.
