Tata Sky — non-replacement of defective HD setup box & automatically deducting for everywhere tv without informing and refusal to de-activate the same. | |
I lived for 5 years in London and have seen how DTH works there efficiently and most competitive.
I am an old customer (6-7 years) of tata sky, initially their service was good, their cable wire was of better quality. Of late things as expected changed from bad to worse.
Mainly 3 issues:
1. non-replacement of defective HD setup box: Just before their warranty period expired, HD set up box stopped working for HD images, when complained some guy came and temporarily repaired and he said in case it develops any problem again he will replace it. Unfortunately within a fortnight it had the same problem, now tata sky says guaranty period expired hence NO REPLACEMENT
2.somebody called us for everywhere tv last month and we told them NO, but today to my surprise, tatasky is deducting money on a daily basis. When requested them to de activate it, they say a cancellation policy of min. 3 months and I have to pay till then, which I flatly refused, hence complaining.
Even now I am not confident that somebody will rectify these, just to looking for a shoulder to cry on.
I strongly believe that only a Hitler can save this country and would love to shoot all these robbers on sight. Was this information helpful? | |
