Tata Sky — non responsive attitude by the tata sky person.

I made a complaint on 16th May, 2015 at 9.30 pm.With a request to attend on Sunday ie on 17 th May, 2015 .my complaint no. 18L8OMN. Nobody contacted me Till 4.00 pm on 17 th May, 2015. I again made a call to center on sunday evenning . but nobody bothered to call me back. now around 2.30 a phone call received by me by the executive when I was in office I requested him to come at my residence after 7.00 pm for resolved problem. He said that he can not come at that time . now tell us how my complaint will be resolved? I can be available in day time only on Saturday or Sunday Please resolve the problem at the earliest.
