Tata Sky — Non shifting of tata sky connection to new location | |||||
Request for shifting of connection lodged on: 30th may, 2016 Subscriber id: [protected] Work order no: pa2dliu As we have shifted residence from sector 28 to sector 43 in gurgaon i had requested for relocation of my tata sky connection, for which i have paid a yearly subscription, to my new address. However, despite talking to their help desk a number of times and promises to have it done within 24 hours nothing has been done. The web site of the company is not at all customer friendly and their is no link to send an e-mail to them. Their call centre is also devoted to the dealers and not to the customers. It is requested that our connection be immediately shifted to my under noted address: Flat no. 101, wing a Plot no. 11 Navyug co-operative housing society Sector 43 Gurgaon Cell no.
