From last 7 days means from November last week 2015 I am having issues with Tata Sky service. I am not able to see channels other than zee marathi. and Now, I am not able to see any of channel. Have logged complaints by calling customer care, but no action was taken. I have upgraded to HD set top box. which was faulty and also was changed in march 2015. My I. D. No. is [protected]. Request your help here, as I have paid for yearly subscription for all channels. but not able to avail the services.

Tata Sky give payment Alert on TV Screen without raising Invoice.
For Replacement of Faulty Components, they charge as Service Charge, which is wrong as per Govt. Laws.
I am giving below my long fight with Tatas for same. Details of Complaints is below:

Custmer care Manager ( If any),
Refer to my various Complaints & telcon your Executives had with me.
I am upset at the msg. showing on my TV screen regarding outstanding payment due without raising Invoice by you.
It was clarified by your executive Invoice will be sent to you. Till date no invoice for November month is raised by you.
Send me e mail giving details of replacement of Set top box component instead of Service Charge.
Your earlier Alerts msg. dispalyed Payment due in 2016 July.
How come alert msg. change without raising Invoice?
Your wrong billing practice will be challenged in Government Departments all over India.
Also awareness to All Consumers will be given on all Social Media.
Tata Executives talk one thing & Company demands another thing.
Now it is time to go all out to Social Medias.
Take action of raising Invoice to avoid notifying to Govt. Departments.
