Tata Sky — Not able to view channels after recharge | |||
We had recharged about 10 days back but not able to see any channel. daily money is being kept.nobody is responding.message is com ing we have not suscribed to channel. this comes for all the channels . the company is indifferent and messages are not going to to the company. when we phone customer care, they send details of balance in our account. i sent sms to two officials but no response. please help in solving this problem. there were several reminders before the expiry date but once we recharged no response. i think this is a innovative method of cheating. this can happen everytime. what is the solution tata sky id is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
