Tata Sky — Not able to view channels - Due to very poor signals | |||
We couldn't able to view tatsky channels for past 3 days starting from 03/11/2015 to till date. When we try to explain the issues to tata sky customer care center, All phone lines were always busy, Still now we couldn't find a best solution for this. If any of their customers pack was about to expire means, They will will call one week before itself(prior intimation) and ask us to recharge from our side. But now I was unable to view any channels due to their negligence( very poor signals). Will they refund the 3 days money to my account. Because i have not used their product for almost 3 days which cost some thing around Rs 70. VERY VERY VERY POOR IRRESPONSIBLE ARE WORKING IN TATA SKY. Their motive is to make money thats it.
