[Resolved] Tata Sky — not able to watch tata sky for the past 8 days - service people not attending the problem - very poor service | |
I have tata sky connection. For the past 8 days I am not able to view the channels. I had raised complaint on 2-Jul-2019 and no technician has attended the problem till 8-Jul-2019. I got an sms on 8th saying that Rs.150 has been deducted from my account for service without attending the problem. When I call the call center their response is not proper and they are very keen on taking new request. Not satisfied with Tata Sky Customer service. Very bad experience from Tata Sky. I am tata sky consumer my id is [[protected]], i i forgot my password and registered mobile number. Last 5 Days i contentiously try to contact tata sky by helpline for this request.till i have not get any response from tata sky..Plz Contect My Number [protected] Or [protected]

I recharged Rs. 150 on[protected] through BHIM upi app from bank account, i requested for for refund on same day through mail and by phone but not receive any refund amount till now. i already contacted 4-5 time with help line team but not helping me

Hello sir! I am tahasinoor from siwan bihar .my tata sky id is [protected].unfortunately my reciever's charger got damage and I called a man from your company to change my charger, but he was asking for rupees 300.but I heard that tata sky doesn't make any charge for changing this .so I told him to go pls solve my problem sir.
