Tata Sky — Not answering for my call

Here i am Kailash rane...my tata sky id number is [protected] .
today i am trying to call in tata sky service centre ...my call was connected there but i am not getting any positive repose from there ...
And someone execrative was there who cuts my call without any reason...

so dear sir/madam may i know what the nonsense was going there ?

plz provide proper service to the customers and do not waste customers time...
plz provide good quality of services or otherwise i will try change my connection in other service
