Tata Sky — Not attending to complaint

Address:Mohali, Punjab, 140301

I have been charged double for the single service. I have given complaint no-QKNYSH9 but no action has been taken till date.
Further I had given request for swapping of my primary and secondary connection and terminating the secondary one but still no has been taken.
No CC executive is helping in this matter.
If you can't solve the matter. Kindly let me know for further appropriate action.
